Cancellation Terms:

  • You may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product or the order confirmation, whichever comes later.

  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the order total applies.

  • Where possible, items should be sent back unused and in their original packaging.

  • After your cancellation is approved, we will send you a refund confirmation and inform your payment provider.

  • We cannot accept cancellations or returns for:

    • Perishable items.

    • Personalized or made-to-order products.

    • Items that can be copied, recorded, or duplicated once the original seal or packaging has been opened.
